    1. Hi Jaime! Hope all is well. The lamb zucchini recipe was one of Jenny's at The Nourished Kitchen. It's part of a subscriber meal plan, so I'm not at liberty to share. However it was ground lamb, chopped tomatoes, chopped zuchinni, garlic, tumeric, salt pepper... All sauteed and stuffed in the boats then baked until browned.
