I've been busy over the past several weeks, writing articles for the summer issues of local and online publications.
I'm honored to again be featured in Rhythm of the Home with an article on Summer Fun with Seashells, including projects to do with all those shells collected during visits to the shore. The summer issue, which launched yesterday, is packed full of creative, seasonal ideas. Please check it out, and if you get a chance, let me know what you think!
Even the youngest artists enjoy painting on shells!
I'm also excited to share a piece written for a local (Sarasota, Florida) magazine, SRQ, about my homebirth experiences. The June digital issue hasn't hit the web yet, so check back soon for a link.

Another beautiful article! I love reading your descriptions of things that I also love to do. It brings them up in vivid color...I now have this sweet movie of summer time shell collecting in my mind! Thanks, can't wait to get to the beach!
Congratulations, mama! So beautiful--your words and your mothering. I am really looking forward to relishing these summer days with you!
