The bright colors of these sweet peppers called to me, reminding me of old-fashioned holiday lights (remember those big, brightly-colored lights that used to adorn our homes before they all froze over with LED icicle lights?)
I threw them in the food processor with a couple jalapenos and then jarred them up using this recipe for sweet pepper relish.
